Breakfast #1: Special K with chocolate + coffee.

Since I was planning to work late tonight, before I went into work a little late, I had a 2nd breakfast: Morningstar Farm veggie sausage + cheese on a whole-wheat English muffin + fresh mango.

Afternoon snack, before boot camp: peanut butter on English muffin + apple.

And, late dinner, after weight loss class: chili with a bit of cheese, salsa, sour cream and Fritos.

That cinnamon raisin swirl pb looks delish. I have always wanted to try that brand.
I haven’t tried the cinnamon raisin pb, but I keep eyeing it. One day, I will break down and buy it!
