What a great dinner…. Brixx salad – mixed greens, goat cheese, pistachios….so good. Spicy shrimp pizza – with roasted red peppers, goat cheese, and fresh basil on whole wheat…delish. Times 2 slices. I’m so ready for Saturday…looking forward to sleeping in a bit tomorrow morning. Have a wonderful weekend!
